Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana (frozen if possible)
  • 1 cup oat milk (or other dairy free milk)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (or raw cacao powder)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste)
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (or vegan protein powder)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your food processor or blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately in a glass or mason jar.
