Can I make tweaks to my meal plan if I'm not feeling as good as I expected?

Every body is unique and requires an individualized approach to eating. If you are not feeling great on the meal plan, it's possible you may be reacting to certain foods and your plan may need some tweaks.

I charge $25 for each 7 day meal plan change.

Can I cancel at any time?

For the 3 month and 6 month meal plans, I do not provide refunds. This is because I prepare all meal plans for the entire term of the plan at the time of purchase.

If you are not happy with the program within the first 30 days though, I will refund you 100% for that month and you will no longer be charged for the remainder of the term.

We just finished our 15 day candida cleanse, which went really well. The recipes and meal plans were awesome, and made it so much easier. There were a bunch of keeper recipes too! Definitely makes it easier to stick to a plan!
