1 full health assessment

After you book your initial kick off call, you will be prompted to complete a detailed health questionnaire so that your food and supplement recommendations can be uniquely tailored to your health needs.

60 minute kickoff call

I will review your questionnaire and come prepared to provide you food, lifestyle and supplement recommendations on our first 60 minute kick off call.

Personalized supplement recommendations

If needed, supplement recommendations may be given based on key information from your full health assessment.

15, 30 or 60 minute follow ups

After the initial kick off call, you can choose to book additional 1-on-1 accountability and coaching calls, which can be booked in 15, 30 or 60 minute increments.

Access to Practice Better app

When you work with me you will have access to the Practice Better app where you will receive your personalized food and supplement recommendations. You can also use the app to track your food, moods and weight.

What health symptoms can I expect to gain relief from?

Stabilizing your blood sugar and increasing your vitamin and mineral intake through nutrient dense foods can help boost energy throughout the day and help you sleep better at night.

I’ve experienced so many health benefits from changing the foods I eat and the lifestyle I live, and now I want to help you to do that too!

And I know, its easier said than done sometimes. Its not always a straight and narrow path, and there are always lots of ups and downs. But we get stronger and wiser every time we make the choice to live a lifestyle that supports and nourishes our physical and mental well-being.

I am very passionate about helping people to take adversity and turn it into fuel for personal growth.

I worked with Tara for the 3 month meal plan. The first few weeks were definitely a huge change for me as before I was eating and feeling like garbage. I would have given up if it wasn’t for Tara. She held me accountable but also knows that we are all human and have slip ups.

We worked together to find out what worked best for me and my lifestyle. By the middle of the program it definitely felt like it was my new way of eating and I was feeling great. The meal plans were very easy to follow along with the grocery lists.

I now feel confident in the kitchen to make a very tasty, healthy meal and I will continue to use the knowledge Tara taught me and provided me with to continue on with healthy eating.
